Estimator – RC Frame, Groundworks & Civils

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + Bonus

This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong background in RC Frame, Groundworks and Civils, ideally with additional experience across M&E and Data Centre projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing competitive and accurate tenders, working closely with the wider commercial and project teams to support the company’s continued growth.
Key Experience Required
Proven experience working as an Estimator within the construction industry
Strong estimating experience across RC Frame, Groundworks and Civils
Experience with M&E projects, particularly Data Centres, would be highly beneficial
Ability to prepare accurate and competitive tenders and cost plans
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and subcontractor pricing
Ability to review drawings, specifications and project requirements
Confident communicating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively
