Job Title: Client Services Advisor (call centre)
Location: Aylesbury (Hybrid Working)
Contract Details: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: £23,831 per annum

Deliver excellent customer service across telephone, email, webchat and written communications
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer enquiries
Accurately process, validate and maintain customer records and data
Promote relevant products and services to customers where appropriate
Resolve customer queries, complaints and issues in a professional manner
Support customers with online services and website navigation
Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR and data protection requirements
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and departmental processes
Capture customer feedback and ensure it is communicated appropriately
Work towards individual and team KPI targets and quality standardsSkills and Attributes
Previous experience within a customer service, contact centre or customer support environment is highly beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using computer systems and databases
Effective listening and questioning skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working to KPIs and service targets
