Land-Based Engineering Instructor

This role is all about sharing your real-world expertise, mentoring ambitious apprentices, and shaping the future of land-based engineering. Whether you're already an experienced trainer, service manager or a skilled senior technician with a natural gift for mentoring, coaching, and passing on your knowledge, we want to hear from you!
What We Are Looking For
A strong, hands-on background working with modern agricultural or heavy plant machinery. Your practical knowledge and passion for the land-based sector are key.
A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Agricultural Engineering, Plant Maintenance, or a closely related discipline is essential.
If you have experience coaching apprentices, mentoring junior techs in the workshop, or leading toolbox talks, full training support will be provided.
