DBS Kitchen Assistant- DY13 dudley
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A Enhanced DBS
A DBS kitchen assistant is needed to assist the head chef & team with the tasks below:
Prep jobs given by the head chef , could be cutting , grating , making a certain dish or garnish.
Cleaning duties of the kitchen area.
Helping to serve on the counter at busy times
Assisting with paperwork where required for cooking temps , reheating temps & fridge / freezer temps.
Assisting with pot washing
Helping the team to set up the servery areaThe candidate Must be available asap
The working hours are Monday - Friday 10.00AM - 2.30PM
The rate of pay is £12.71 Plus Hol Pay
