Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)
Location: West London
Contract length: Ongoing with possibility of going permanent (part time)
Pay rate: £18.50 per hour

Our client, a dynamic organisation based in West London, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis for three months. Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the accounts payable process.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have a proven track record in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
Possess strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
