Machine Operator
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £16.90 per hour
Shift Pattern: Mon - Thurs 20.30 - 06.30
Hours Paid: 38 hours per week
Contract: 12 Week Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekend work with long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities

Operating machinery including punch presses, bending tools, and manual equipment

Cutting materials to size using saws

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Completing measurements and basic calculations accurately

Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch

Supporting general warehouse and labouring duties

Manual handling and heavy lifting where required
Requirements

Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

Good attention to detail and strong practical skills

Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team

Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
