Car Sales Executive - Automotive Retail

Salary: £22,500 basic + uncapped bonus
OTE: £65,000+ for top performers
An established and highly respected automotive retail group is looking to strengthen its sales team with an experienced Car Sales Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established automotive sales professional to join a successful dealership with a strong reputation for customer service, excellent facilities and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The role offers a £22,500 basic salary plus an uncapped bonus scheme, with top performers currently achieving realistic earnings in excess of £65,000 per annum.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity.
You will manage customers throughout the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to negotiation and completion, making sure their requirements are fully understood and that appropriate products and services are recommended.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
Qualifying customer requirements and identifying suitable vehicles and products.
Following an established sales process from enquiry through to close.
Maximising sales and profitability opportunities.
Delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Working towards and exceeding individual and departmental targets.
Maintaining accurate and effective enquiry management.
About You
Previous automotive car sales experience is essential.
We are looking for an established Car Sales Executive who is confident, motivated and commercially focused.
You will need:
Proven experience within automotive car sales.
A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A target-driven and results-focused approach.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
The ability to identify opportunities and confidently close sales.
A full UK driving licence.

£22,500 basic salary
