Contract type: Various - Temp -to perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement, and temporary
Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only
Unique School Solutions are supporting a number of schools in South Yorkshire, including a Multi Academy Trust, who are needing administrators for their schools. The roles will involve covering main reception, fielding calls and making external calls, greeting visitors and receiving deliveries and dealing with admin tasks. Please note, this is not an exhaustive list! The roles are to start ASAP and are a mixture of temporary positions and temp-to-perm positions.
About the schools:

Mixture of Primary, Secondary and SEND schools

Schools based across Rotherham, Sheffield and Barnsley
Essential requirements for the role:

Previous experience working within a school and using school systems such as Arbor, SIMs, Bromcom and ParentPay

Strong IT skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Experience of handling confidential data

Good organisational skills
-
The ability to work under direction as well as using own initiative
