This is an opportunity to take ownership of a desk, build long-term relationships with schools and candidates, and work within a business that values quality, service and sustainable growth.
Unlike many agencies, you'll be supported by a dedicated resourcing and compliance team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: winning business, developing client partnerships and generating revenue.
The Role
Managing and developing an education recruitment desk
Building and maintaining relationships with schools across your area
Growing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
Recruiting, interviewing and placing teachers and support staff
Managing bookings and vacancies from enquiry through to successful placement
Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
Working towards achievable performance and revenue targetsWhat We're Looking For
A minimum of two years' experience within education recruitment
A proven track record of developing and managing a successful desk
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Confidence communicating with school leaders, candidates and colleagues
A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach
A genuine ambition to progress your career and contribute to the success of the wider businessEducation recruitment experience is essential. Applications from candidates without previous education recruitment experience will not be considered.
