Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Monthly Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (1 Hour Lunch Break) | 1 in 7 Saturdays

About the Company
Our client is a well-established and growing business within the automotive sector, known for providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards across its operations.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful organisation where you can develop your career within a supportive and professional working environment.
The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customers and internal departments receive accurate and timely support with parts enquiries, orders and stock requirements.
This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone with previous motor trade experience who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing incoming parts enquiries via telephone, email and in person
Identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts and accessories
Processing customer orders and quotations accurately
Maintaining stock levels and supporting stock control processes
Building effective relationships with customers and suppliers
Working closely with workshop and service departments to ensure parts availability
Assisting with goods inwards and stock management
Achieving individual and departmental sales targets
Providing a professional and efficient service at all times
About You
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Assistant or within a similar motor trade role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment
Confident IT skills and experience using parts systems
Positive, proactive and professional approach
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
Full UK driving licence preferred
