As a Night Porter, you'll help ensure guests receive a high standard of service throughout the night.
Check guests in and out and handle guest queries.
Complete the night audit and front office duties.
Set up and clear conference, wedding and event spaces.
Prepare and serve room service and assist in the bar.
Complete night fire and safety checks.
Clean conference rooms and public areas.
Take calls, reservations and respond to guest requests.What we're looking for
We're looking for a reliable and guest-focused porter who is comfortable working independently overnight.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is desirable.
Confident dealing with guests and handling queries professionally.
Comfortable working a night shift and carrying out a range of duties.
