KBM are currently recruiting for an experienced coded MIG Welder to join a busy engineering team in Montrose on a temporary/agency basis.
The successful candidate will be working on the fabrication of carbon steel frames, carrying out high quality welding to specification.
The Role
-
MIG welding carbon steel frames
-
Carrying out butt welds and fillet welds
-
Working from engineering drawings and specifications
-
Producing welds to a consistently high standard

Working as part of an experienced fabrication team

Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
About You
-
Qualified and experienced MIG Welder
-
Current/valid welding coding required
-
Experience welding carbon steel
-
Confident carrying out both butt and fillet welds
-
Able to read and work from engineering drawings
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Able to work effectively as part of a team
