PMO & Delivery Coordinator

Are you highly organised, great with people, and interested in technology project delivery?
We're looking for a PMO & Delivery Coordinator to support our award winning client's projects and development team. This is a varied role where you'll help keep projects organised, support agile delivery, coordinate meetings and reporting, and ensure the team has the information and processes needed to deliver successfully.
The salary expectations for the PMO & Delivery Coordinator are:
Salary £40,000 - £45,000 pa

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and steering groups
Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
Supporting project documentation, governance, and reporting
Running daily stand-ups and supporting agile team ceremonies
Maintaining Jira boards and helping track delivery progress
Coordinating website and technology releases
Managing team timesheets and supporting project reporting
Producing weekly and monthly project updates and dashboards
Acting as a key point of contact for project-related queries
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate manual tasksWhat We're Looking For
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Confident working with multiple stakeholders and priorities
A proactive approach to solving problems and following up actions
Comfortable learning new tools and systems
An interest in project delivery and technology teamsDesirable Experience
PMO, project support, delivery coordination, or administration experience
Exposure to Agile ways of working
Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools
