Telescopic Handler

Rate: £22.00ph (CIS Subcontractor)
Hours: 07:00-16:00
Contract: until March 2027

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are a Midlands-based Plant Hire and Construction Contractor.
They are looking for a 14m Telehandler to unload paving from wagons, transport paving on-site and distributing materials from silos on site in Leicester. This is a busy site, with busy roads, tight and pedestrians on-site.
Please note - This is a long-term contract and a good opportunity. We need a Telehandler with strong spatial awareness skills and commitment (as we cannot let the client down).
Telescopic Handler Requirements:
- A Valid CPCS Blue Card
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Telescopic Handler (within busy Construction/Plant build settings).
- Your own PPE (including full length Orange or Yellow Hi Vis Trousers, Long Sleeve Hi Vis Shirt, a Hard Hat with Chin Strap and Safety Boots).
