Join a Growing Water Infrastructure Contractor
Our client is a fast-growing, family-orientated civil engineering contractor delivering projects across the Thames Water network. With a strong pipeline of secured work throughout the AMP8 programme, they are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Groundworkers to join their expanding team in the Swindon area.

The Role
Working across clean water infrastructure projects, you will be involved in a variety of groundworks activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Projects will be based on sites across the Swindon area, and candidates must be willing to travel between sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
Excavation and reinstatement works
Pipe laying and water infrastructure works
Concrete works, kerbing, drainage, and ducting activities
General civil engineering and groundworks duties
Working safely in accordance with site procedures and industry standards
Supporting site teams to ensure project delivery targets are met
Maintaining high-quality workmanship across all projects
Essential Requirements
✅ CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker or Green Labourer)
✅ Previous experience within groundworks, utilities, water, or civil engineering environments
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
✅ Ability to travel between sites across the Swindon region
