The Role
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join a professional kitchen brigade of four, preparing fresh, high-quality food for students and staff . The school also provides hospitality catering, including fine-dining dinners, private functions and special events, giving you the opportunity to develop your experience across different areas of catering.
Key Responsibilities

Work across different sections of the kitchen as a Chef

Prepare and cook fresh food from scratch to a high standard

Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods

Assist with hospitality events and fine-dining dinners
-
Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and presentation
-
Follow all food safety, health and safety and allergen procedures
-
Work efficiently as part of a small and professional team
Requirements
-
Previous experience working as a Chef or in a similar role

Experience within volume or contract catering

Good knowledge of fresh food preparation and cooking

Ability to work confidently across different kitchen sections

Positive and professional attitude
-
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
