THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle refinishing work, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
·Prepare vehicles and panels for the painting process
·Carry out high-quality paint spraying and refinishing
·Complete preparation, masking and finishing work
·Achieve accurate colour matching and consistent paint finishes
·Inspect completed work to ensure required quality standards are met
·Complete repairs efficiently and within agreed timescales
·Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and workmanship
ABOUT YOU
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician
·Proven experience within an automotive Bodyshop environment
·Strong vehicle refinishing and paint preparation skills
·Good understanding of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques
·High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
·Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team
