The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop into a successful recruitment professional.
You'll learn how to identify top graduate talent, build strong candidate relationships, and support businesses in finding the right people for their teams.
Recruitment is a people-focused sales role that offers genuine career progression, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to make a real difference to candidates careers.
Key Responsibilities
Source and engage graduate candidates through various recruitment channels
Qualify candidates through telephone and video interviews
Build and maintain talent pipelines within assigned markets
Write and advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate CRM records
Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
Develop market knowledge and build expertise within your sector
Build relationships with clients and hiring managers
Assist experienced consultants with live recruitment assignments
Work towards agreed activity and performance targetsAs your experience develops, you will progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role where you will manage client accounts, generate new business, and oversee the recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement.
