Business Analyst - Insurance, DLM, Customer Journeys

My client is a high-profile Insurance firm looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong General Insurance / PAS experience and knowledge of Document Lifecycle Management (DLM)/Document Management Systems, Business Rules, Business Processes and Customer Journeys.
Key Requirements:
Strong BA experience within General Insurance.
Policy Admin System or Claims System experience.
Experience with Document Lifecycle Management (DLM) or content management /document management systems.
Knowledge of business rules, processes and workflow logic
Experience across customer documentation lifecycles, including quote, renewal and other customer touchpoints
Experience refining requirements and automated workflows
Strong Agile, requirements elicitation and stakeholder management experience
Nice to have:
Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects
Strong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar
Experience with ECM systems
Understanding of metadata strategy and governance
Good knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / Peoplesoft
