We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Moulding Cell Operative to join an established and growing manufacturing business in Crewkerne.

What will you be doing?
As a Moulding Cell Operative, you’ll play an important role in keeping production running safely and efficiently, including:
✅ Operating injection moulding machinery
✅ Monitoring machinery and product quality
✅ Carrying out routine quality checks
✅ Recording production and quality results
✅ Identifying and reporting faults or defects
✅ Carrying out basic machine cleaning and maintenance
✅ Following strict health & safety and production procedures
✅ Supporting production targets and continuous improvement
