We're looking for proactive Traffic Marshals who can keep vehicle movements organised, deliveries flowing and pedestrians safe. If you're dependable, alert and ready to get stuck in, this could be your next opportunity.
YOUR ROLE – WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Directing vehicles safely in and out of site.
Guiding drivers during reversing and manoeuvring.
Managing deliveries and directing vehicles to the correct areas.
Using agreed hand signals and radios to communicate clearly.
Keeping pedestrians and moving vehicles safely separated.
Maintaining clear access routes and helping prevent congestion.
Staying alert to hazards and following site safety procedures.
Labouring duties which will include welfare (Cleaning site cabins, toilets, canteen, changing toilet rolls, and general cleaning duties).
WHAT YOU NEED
Previous Traffic Marshal, Banksman or similar experience.
Relevant Traffic Marshal training preferred, subject to site requirements.
CSCS card is essential.
A strong understanding of site safety.
A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
Reliable transport to and from site.
Right to work in the UK and any required site checks.
