I'm currently recruiting for an Associate Director to join a growing Cost Management team in London, within a multi-disciplinary property & construction consultancy.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to take on a senior role supporting the Cost Management Director, leading client commissions, mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to business growth.
You'll work across a range of high-value new build, refurbishment, asset enhancement and fit-out projects, providing expert cost management advice from feasibility through to completion.
The team work closely alongside PM colleagues in the business and have ambitious plans, with this role playing a key part as they grow further in the next few years.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Associate Director from a QS consultancy background, or Senior/Associate looking to take a step up. They must be MRICS and experienced in managing key client accounts, managing junior surveyors and ideally able to contribute to new business development.
On offer is a salary up to £95,000 plus bonus and benefits. The company has a modern central London office and hybrid working, with circa 3 days a week in office
