Temporary Customer Service Administrator

£14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Temporary 4-month role, with the possibility of going permanent
We are recruiting for a brilliant company based in Kings Hill who have an amazing office environment and a friendly, supportive team.
They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team for an initial 4-month temporary assignment. There is a backlog of administration to work through, so they need someone who loves being organised, getting stuck in and seeing a task through to completion!
What you'll be doing:
Working through a backlog of administration and allocated tasks
Logging jobs, defects and completed works
Updating customer and job information on internal systems and portals
Responding to customer queries by phone and email
Chasing engineers and contractors for missing information
Keeping records accurate and up to date
Providing a friendly, professional and helpful service to homeowners
Working closely with a small and supportive team
We're looking for someone who:
Has strong administration and customer service skills, ideally within construction or maintenance
Is confident using different systems and online portals
Is organised and comfortable working through a busy workload
Has excellent attention to detail
Communicates professionally and warmly with customers
