Industrial Cleaner
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join a busy industrial site in Lichfield. This is a full-time, ongoing position offering competitive rates of pay and the opportunity for a pay increase based on performance and service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
General cleaning of warehouse, production, and communal areas
Operating a ride-on or pedestrian floor sweeper to maintain factory floors
Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
Cleaning toilets, canteens, offices, and welfare facilities
Sweeping, mopping, and dusting designated areas
Ensuring cleaning equipment is maintained and stored correctly
Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
Previous cleaning experience within an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
Experience operating a floor sweeper is essential
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Good attention to detail

Competitive pay starting at £12.88 per hour
Pay increase to £13.58 per hour
Regular daytime hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm
