Overview
A tech4good consultancy is looking for a D365 Developer to join its growing team. You'll build solutions on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform for charities, public sector bodies and purpose-led organisations. Key Responsibilities
Design, build and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions
Develop Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and automate processes with Power Automate
Write custom code including plugins, JavaScript and custom workflow activities
Build integrations with Azure services and third-party systems
Work with clients to understand requirements and turn them into practical solutions
Support solution deployment, ALM and ongoing improvements
Share knowledge and help raise standards across the team
Key Requirements
Solid commercial experience developing on Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse
Strong Power Apps and Power Automate skills
C# / .NET for plugin development, plus JavaScript
Experience with solution management and ALM (Azure DevOps or similar)
Comfortable working directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders
Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience
Desirable
Wider Microsoft skills such as Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), Power BI, Power Pages and SharePoint
Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600 or similar)
Experience in the charity, non-profit or public sector space
Interest in tech4good and social impact
