Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Booking Agent / Scheduler to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in scheduling, bookings or coordinating field-based engineers who is highly organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role

Schedule and allocate jobs to trade operatives across the region.

Coordinate engineer diaries to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within required timescales.

Liaise with engineers, customers and internal teams to arrange appointments.

Manage changes to schedules and respond to any issues or delays.

Keep job and appointment information accurate and up to date.

Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the booking process.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary & Benefits

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Initial training and induction based at the Macclesfield office.

Hybrid working available following successful completion of training, with the option to work fully from home.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in scheduling, booking, planning or coordinating field-based staff.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Confident communicating with customers and trade operatives.

Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.

Experience within property maintenance, housing, repairs or a similar environment would be advantageous.
