Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a leading manufacturer in Ruthin, LL15 2TN. This role would suit candidates with experience as a Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Machine Operator, Production Line Operative, Warehouse Operative or FLT Driver.

As a Production Operative, you'll help run automated production lines, ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key duties include:

Operating automated production machinery and robotic systems Setting up equipment and supporting basic fault finding Carrying out quality control checks Packing finished products Completing production paperwork accurately Operating an FLT (training available for suitable candidates) Maintaining high housekeeping, health and safety standards What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production, factory or warehouse experience Good attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team FLT licence desirable but not essential Shifts & Pay 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am £14.02 per hour Overtime after 40.25 hours: £21.03 per hour Sunday shifts: £28.04 per hour £15.08 per hour after 12 weeks Benefits Weekly pay Free onsite parking Subsidised canteen Full induction and buddy training programme FLT training available Modern working environment Genuine temp to perm opportunities Apply today for an immediate start as a Production Operative in Ruthin, LL15 2TN.
