This is a role where great customer service and sales go hand in hand. There’s no hard-sell approach — customers are already looking for a solution. Your job is to understand what they need, guide them through their options and make the experience as straightforward as possible.
The Role
You’ll be dealing with customers across phone, live chat and email, helping them from their initial enquiry through to completion.
You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, switching between different types of enquiries and making sure every customer receives a professional and positive experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, live chat and email
Converting enquiries and quotations into sales
Building rapport quickly and understanding what each customer needs
Explaining information, pricing and options clearly
Processing payments and customer information accurately
Following up outstanding quotations and applications
Dealing with amendments, cancellations and general customer queries
Handling complaints professionally and escalating where required
Keeping accurate customer records and notes
Working towards individual and team sales and service targets
Identifying potential issues and escalating them appropriately
Contributing ideas to improve processes and the customer experience
