Production Operative – Day & Night Shifts
Location: Little Melton, Norfolk
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Day Shift: 06:00 – 18:00 – £13.20 per hour
Night Shift: 18:00 – 06:00 – £13.95 per hour
About the Role
Select Recruitment is currently looking for Production Operatives to join our client, a well-established food manufacturing company based in Little Melton.
This is a busy production environment where reliability, teamwork and attention to detail are important.
You can choose either the day or night shift that suits you best. There is no rotation between days and nights, allowing you to have a consistent working pattern.
Key Responsibilities
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Checking products to ensure quality standards are met
Packing and labelling finished goods
Loading and unloading products as required
Keeping work areas clean and maintaining high hygiene standards
Following all health and safety procedures
Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
Able to follow instructions and work safely
Previous production or factory experience is helpful but not essential
