This is a 12 Month FTC - full time role (scope to go permanent)
Our client is an esteemed British Association who are looking for an experience payroll and benefits Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys accuracy, organisation, and working in a fast‑moving operational environment.
The Role
You'll work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
Payroll processing - Assisting with 2 monthly payroll cycles, ensuring data is accurate and deadlines are met.
Data entry - Inputting timesheets, new starters, leavers, and pay changes with precision.
Compliance checks - Supporting statutory tasks including HMRC submissions, holiday pay calculations, and pension administration.
Employee support - Responding to payroll queries and providing clear, helpful guidance.
What You'll Bring
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Confidence working with numbers and handling sensitive data.
Experience in payroll or finance administration (or a desire to build a career in payroll).
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Desirable: Experience with Workday, Pension Enrolments, or other payroll systems.
