Pay: £95-£115 per day, depending on experience

We are working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Greenwich that is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join its team from 12th October. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting children's learning, building positive relationships and helping pupils develop confidence and independence.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across the primary age range with their learning and development.
Provide one-to-one and small-group support, including for pupils with additional needs.
Assist with literacy, numeracy and classroom activities.
Help pupils remain engaged, manage transitions and develop positive learning behaviours.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support individual learning needs.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive and positive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:
Has previous experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.
Is patient, proactive and confident building relationships with pupils.
Can support children with SEND, including ASD, ADHD or social, emotional and mental health needs.
Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
