Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers for multidrop deliveries of frozen and chilled food products to customer premises for our prestigious based in Warrington.
This is a physically demanding role, so it is best suited to drivers who are comfortable with manual handling, handballing and working in chilled and freezer environments.
This is a temp to perm position for the ideal candidate.
The Role

Pay rate: £20.67 per hour (including of holiday pay)
The overtime rate is 27.68ph

Tuesday to Saturday

Scattered early start times depending on the daily route

Shifts typically last 8–10 hours

Multidrop deliveries of frozen and chilled food products

Significant handballing/manual handling, including moving full pallets into customer premises

Working regularly in chilled and freezer environments

Early starts and physically demanding shifts
This role requires a good level of fitness, a strong work ethic and a willingness to undertake regular manual handling.
Essential Requirements

Valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence

Valid CPC qualification

Valid Digital Tachograph Card

No more than 6 points on your driving licence

No DD, DR or NI convictions

Comfortable with heavy manual handling

Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments

Reliable and physically fit

Appropriate PPE for the interview/assessment day
