The Role
As a Panel Beater or Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Carrying out panel repairs and replacements on accident-damaged vehicles.
·Repairing dents and damaged panels to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
·Undertaking light stripping and refitting of vehicle components where required.
·Removing and refitting trim, bumpers and other components to support the repair process.
·Preparing vehicles and panels for the next stage of the repair process.
·Using appropriate tools and equipment to complete repairs safely and accurately.
·Working alongside other workshop technicians to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.
·Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
·Keeping your working area clean, safe and organised.
About You
To be considered for this Panel Beater position, you'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Panel Beater.
·Strong knowledge of vehicle body repairs and accident repair methods.
·Experience repairing and replacing damaged panels.
·The ability to carry out light stripping and refitting of vehicle components.
·Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality repairs.
·The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
