JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Nottingham | Full-Time | In-Person Role
Start your career managing client relationships that matter.
Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for confident, driven individuals to join as a Junior Account Executive. This is a hands-on route into account management — you'll work directly with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right products and services, all while building the commercial skills that underpin a long-term career.
No prior experience needed. Full training and ongoing mentoring are provided from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Meeting customers face-to-face and understanding their requirements
- Managing conversations from first introduction through to sign-up
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Presenting products and services clearly and professionally
- Working towards personal and team performance targets
- Learning the fundamentals of account management and client care
- Taking part in structured training and coaching sessions

PAY & PROGRESSION
- £600-£800 OTE per week
- Uncapped commission and performance bonuses
