JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Nottingham | Full-Time | In-Person Role
Start your career managing client relationships that matter.
Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for confident, driven individuals to join as a Junior Account Executive. This is a hands-on route into account management — you'll work directly with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right products and services, all while building the commercial skills that underpin a long-term career.
No prior experience needed. Full training and ongoing mentoring are provided from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Meeting customers face-to-face and understanding their requirements

Managing conversations from first introduction through to sign-up

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Presenting products and services clearly and professionally

Working towards personal and team performance targets

Learning the fundamentals of account management and client care

Taking part in structured training and coaching sessions

PAY & PROGRESSION

£600-£800 OTE per week
