One of our clients is a leading building services contractor based in London & Ireland with offices across the UK that work in the commercial construction sector that specialise in the Mechanical & Electrical installations of new build Schools, University Buildings, Hospitals, Factory units.

Job Duties
- Drain down of LTHW and CHW systems
- Disconnection of plant items (FCUs, AHU’s etc)
- Removal of existing isolation valves
- Installation of new isolation valves
- Installation and connection of temporary pump and associated ancillaries
- Pressure testing
- Re-filling of system
