Providing high quality and knowledgeable advice on Flood Risk and Drainage projects
Assisting and supervising the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) and Drainage strategies for major developments within the property, renewable energy, and aviation sectors.
Leading on complex strategic sites
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Ensuring that environmental issues are at the heart of development design
Engaging with a variety of stakeholder groups, clients, and design teamThe role requirements
Extensive knowledge of the planning system, particularly flood related policy and guidance
Ability to register and relay flood risk and drainage restraints and opportunities at development sites
Experience in producing FRAs and drainage strategies
Knowledge on writing and reviewing reports
Experience in relevant software (AutoCAD, InfoDrainage, GIS)
To live in or near to Leeds
A full UK driving license
