Our Vacancy
We are looking for a proactive and organised Sub-contractor Co-Ordinator to join our TCH Repairs team. This is a fast-paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring repairs, maintenance and project works are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Acting as a central point of contact for subcontractors, operational teams and residents, you will help us provide an excellent customer experience while supporting the achievement of contractual performance targets and service standards.
What You'll Do
As a Repairs Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for allocating and scheduling works to our supply chain partners, ensuring the right contractors are assigned to the right jobs with all the information they need to deliver successfully. You will monitor work order updates, manage subcontractor communications, support scaffolding requests and repairs, and maintain accurate records and databases. Working closely with internal teams, residents and contractors, you will help resolve queries and complaints, provide performance updates, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll have previous planning and scheduling experience, ideally within a repairs, maintenance or operational environment. You will be confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, with excellent organisational and communication skills. We're looking for someone who can build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and remain customer-focused in a busy environment. Experience within social housing repairs and maintenance would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Please note: This is full time position working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm in our office in Tunbridge Wells.
