Morningside Care Services are looking for caring and reliable Care Workers to join their team, supporting individuals in their own homes across Kent.
This is a flexible zero-hours opportunity, ideal for someone looking to choose shifts around their existing commitments.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care to service users in their own homes

Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting where required

Support service users with daily living activities

Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking

Support with medication administration in line with care plans

Provide companionship and emotional support

Encourage independence, dignity and choice

Support service users to attend appointments and activities

Follow individual care plans and risk assessments

Maintain accurate and confidential care records

Follow safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures
About You

Caring, compassionate and respectful approach

Reliable, patient and understanding

Good communication skills
-
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Previous care experience desirable but not essential, as full training is provided

Willing to undertake relevant training and development

Right to work in the UK

Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Satisfactory references and enhanced DBS check where applicable

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable for community-based roles
