Master Builder – Data Centre Construction

An established construction contractor is seeking a qualified and experienced Master Builder to supervise civil engineering and reinforced concrete works on a data centre project in Germany.
You will lead daily site activities, coordinate construction teams and ensure works meet safety, quality and programme requirements.
Key responsibilities
Supervise groundworks, formwork, reinforcement and concrete construction.
Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
Interpret drawings and communicate construction requirements to site teams.
Monitor workmanship, productivity and progress against agreed programmes.
Ensure required inspections and approvals are completed.
Lead site briefings and coordinate with German- and English-speaking stakeholders.
Manage snagging, corrective works and completion of allocated areas.Mandatory requirements
Currently resident in Germany and available to work on site in Germany.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Hold all relevant, recognised qualifications and current certifications required to carry out the assigned role in Germany, with documentary evidence available.
Extensive experience as a Master Builder or equivalent senior construction supervisor.
Strong practical knowledge of civil engineering, groundworks and reinforced concrete construction.
Proven ability to supervise multiple crews and maintain safety and quality standards.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate construction sequences.Data centre or major industrial construction experience is desirable
