Installation Co-Ordinator | Knowsley, Liverpool | Full Time | Permanent | £29,000 per annum

The Role
We are looking for an Installation Coordinator to join the team at Blok N Mesh permanently. You will assist the Installation team with booking work on-site and liaising with the field team and sub-contractors to ensure all orders are carried out on time. The role will also include general administrative duties for the department and liaising with others across the business.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Contracts Manager in coordinating all works to ensure successful completion
Arrange plant and material deliveries
Select in-house and subcontract labour to perform works
Liaise with other departments including transport, compliance, sales and admin
Book works in with sites and act as a point of contact for the duration of works
Ensure all relevant information is collated and submitted on time
Carry out general administrative duties

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desirable
Experience within construction, engineering, property or related industries
