Up to £14.26 per hour + OT
On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Semi Skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator based in the Middleton, North Manchester.
The successful candidate will be joining a sheet metal and fabrication company who are well established in the industry. In this role you will be working across diverse sectors, this role offers variety where you will be offered the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general sheet metal fabrication and assembly work.

Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Perform countersinking, tapping, spot welding and stud welding to a high standard.

Assist with the assembly and finishing of fabricated components.

Maintain excellent quality standards and attention to detail.

Work effectively as part of a busy production team.

Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Skills and Experience :
-
A minimum of 2 years' experience within a sheet metal or fabrication environment.

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
-
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Basic Maths and English skills.
-
Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Hours of Work are Monday to Thursday 07:40 to 16:30/ Friday is 07:40 to 12:20.
