DT Technician Needed - Hackney
We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Design & Technology (DT) Technician to support a school in Hackney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical workshop experience who is passionate about supporting teaching and learning in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain equipment and materials for DT lessons.
Support teachers with practical classroom activities.
Ensure tools, machinery and equipment are safe and ready to use.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.
Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.Requirements:
Previous DT Technician experience is essential.
Knowledge of workshop health and safety.
CLOSHH or CLEAPSS knowledge/certification is required.
