Job Title: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trainer/Assessor
Location: Manchester - Site based
Salary: up to £42,200 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:
- Must be a qualified Tutor/Assessor.
- Must hold solid occupational experience in the field of refrigeration / air conditioning
- Must hold own FGas Level 3 qualification.
- Experience of training / coaching / mentoring others in house ‘on the job’
- Confident with delivering / teaching within a classroom / workshop setting
- Good level of I.T skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Duties:
- Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions to Apprentices in a group/classroom setting, who are working towards their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprenticeship.
- Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
