As a Sales Executive, you'll join a globally recognised brand and play a key role in driving business growth. This is a customer-facing position where you'll combine exceptional customer service with a proactive approach to sales, identifying new business opportunities while developing and managing existing customer accounts.
You'll be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with customers, generating new opportunities and delivering against sales targets. With a strong focus on relationship management, business development and customer engagement, no two days will be the same.
Based in Oldham Manchester, this is a full-time, permanent, Monday-to-Friday position, offering a starting salary of circa £28,000 with an OTE of £33,000.
Key Accountabilities for the Sales Executive:
Undertake retail and customer service activities within store to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction
Drive your own self development through training and developing product knowledge
Identifying and researching new business leads
Grow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling
Visiting customers weekly to demonstrate products
Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
Assisting customers with sales, queries and after sales service
Understand the range of company products
Administration of sales orders received
Administer any returns
Handle parts enquiries
Attend training, meetings and company events onsite at head officeSkills and attributes required for the Sales Executive:
