Joiner - Large-Scale Industrial Refurbishment
I'm working with a refurbishment contractor delivering a large-scale industrial refurbishment project and are looking to appoint an experienced joiner to join the team.
The role will be predominantly 2nd-fix joinery, working alongside other trades to help keep the project on programme and to a high standard.
The Role:
Carrying out 2nd-fix Joinery works across the industrial refurbishment
Installing doors, frames, skirting, architraves, ironmongery, and other joinery items
Completing finishing and snagging works as required
Working from drawings and specifications
Coordinating with other trades on site
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standardKey Requirements:
Proven experience as a joiner/carpenter, particularly 2nd-fix
Previous experience on commercial or industrial refurbishment projects preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team
Good attention to detail and quality of finish
CSCS card required
Own tools and PPE required
