Kinetic Industrial are recruiting multiple Food Production Operatives to join one of our large food manufacturing clients based in Ashton-under-Lyne.
This is an ongoing job with genuine opportunities to become permanent and progress for reliable candidates who work hard, show initiative and demonstrate the right attitude.
You must be able to work Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm and be able to reliably travel to Ashton-under-Lyne for the early start time.
The role:
- Packing finished products into boxes
- Quality checking throughout the production process
- Loading and palletising
- Working as part of a team while using your own initiative
- Following instructions from Team Leaders
- Maintaining a high standard of quality while working at speed
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Food Production environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Keen to work and looking for an ongoing opportunity
- Able to work at speed while maintaining quality
- A positive team player with a can-do attitude
- Able to take direction and follow instructions
- Confident communicating with colleagues and Team Leaders
