Food Production Operative
Location: Caistor, Lincolnshire
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm
Rate of Pay: £12.80-£13.80 per hour

AM2PM are seeking enthusiastic Food Production Operatives to join one of our well-established clients in the Caistor area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities or a Food Production Operative:

Operate machinery and equipment effectively in the production line.

Assist with packaging and labelling of frozen fish products.

Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with product standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements of a Food Production Operative:

Previous experience in production or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Good communication skills.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move products as needed.

Candidates must have their own transport (car or motorbike) due to location.
