We are currently seeking for an experienced Estate/Building Manager to work at a residential development in Croydon. The role covers the day-to-day running of the building, including overseeing contractors, maintenance, compliance, health and safety and resident matters.
Lone working site, overseeing the works of all external contractors.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
