We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable vehicle rental company for the position of Panel Beater at their Eastbourne accident repair workshop. This is an excellent Panel Beater opportunity for experienced Panel Beaters to join a well-established team dedicated to delivering high-quality repairs.

Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels to the highest standard
Recognising and reporting structural damage as needed
Removing and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components with precision
Diagnosing additional faults for further repairs
Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
Interpreting technical instructions and data accurately
Using alignment equipment to ensure repairs meet safety standards
Following best practices and safety regulations in all repair processes
Ensuring high-quality standards are consistently metRequirements of a Panel Beater:
Previous panel beating experience or fully qualified status
Excellent attention to detail and quality awareness
Strong communication skills and competent English reading and writing skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Qualifications are advantageous but not essential
Knowledge of hybrid vehicle repairs is desirable
